NSP FRONT DECK PAD

Directional diamond-shaped pattern
The deeper the grooves, the more resistance against slipping and superior traction. The NSP front deck pad has a 2mm height difference and you will feel its grip increase as you apply more pressure going through turns.

Thermoformed texture along the pads ensure your feet stay planted at all times. For hard pumping or committing to a tight radius, you will find that the more pressure you apply to the diamond-shaped EVA, the more grippy it gets.

4 Piece pattern
This 4-piece front deck pad allows you to adjust for the width and height of your board. It’s the easiest to install, offers tons of grip and will work on any board, whether it’s a surfboard, a SUP-board or a foil board.

Additional Information

More Durable
There is nothing worse than a peeling deck pad, which is why NSP uses premium 3M adhesives, as it provides the best possible bond between your board and the thermoformed EVA. Different from conventional EVA, thermoforming gives these pads a more abrasion-resistant layer that will hold up longer. Make sure your board is properly cleaned up before applying the pads, and wait 24 hours before hitting the water to get the best possible bond for years to come. Removal is easiest with a hot air gun and some soapy water.

NSP TRACTION PAD SET

Design:

The pattern on the pads has a 2mm height difference and you will notice its grip increasing as you apply more pressure through turns or during pumping. Note that this set is also sold in separate parts as a tail and deck pad.

Performance riders benefit from a 45 degrees kick whenever your foot needs to be well-placed to blow out a wave. Apart from the comfort aspect, an arch helps your backfoot instinctively find the center line of your board without ever having to look down.

For hard pumping or committing to a tight radius, get that extra leverage by moving your back foot against the kick tail and force the last bit of performance from your board.

Always centered
The NSP Traction pad features a kick tail and a mild dome in the center of the pad. The ridges of the dome will make sure your back foot finds the dead center of your board without ever looking down.

Versatile pattern
A 3-piece tail pad is the most versatile pattern that still offers variable width and an arched center strip. It’s the easiest to install, offers tons of grip and will work on any board. In combination with the 4-piece pattern for the front part of the deck, you should have the standing area of your board covered.

Repurposed traction pads in 3 different models

The 2-piece pad is the simplest one, ideal for smaller boards, while the 3-piece models allow you to adapt your pad to the best possible dimensions. While all models of the repurposed traction pads come with a high tail kick, the arch bar is a foiler favourite, as the center bar helps your backfoot to find the centerline of your board instantaneously.

3-Piece pattern – Arch bar

The 3-piece tail pads are the most versatile patterns that offers variable width, high tail kick, comfortable diamond groove grip and a center arch bar. It’s the easiest to install, offers tons of grip and will work on any board.

Adding an additional front section of traction pads eliminates the use of wax altogether. The arch on your repurposed traction pads helps you find the center line of your board intuitively and increases grip – perfect for foiling applications.

3-Piece pattern – Regular

The regular 3-piece tail pad is just as versatile as the arched version, but its flatter surface works for riders who prefer just a high kick-tail for their back foot. Diamond groove grip and round cut-outs provide extra grip, comfort and performance, allowing you to push hard against your fins for speed and drive.

2-Piece pattern – Regular

The regular 2-piece tail pad is best suited for smaller boards, allowing you enough space for your leash insert and a single variable width to adapt to the shape of your tail. Having a high kick tail and comfortable diamond groove traction pattern on your repurposed traction pads allows you to push harder, meaning more speed and drive.
