BLOOM is a high-performance flexible foam made from algae biomass harvested from freshwater sources throughout the world. The BLOOM Foam process
Helps improve the quality of waterways by removing excess algae that harms plants, animals, and people who rely on the ecosystem for survivalRecirculates fresh water back into the habitatAids CO2 capture and sequestration. We’re literally scraping pond scum, solar drying, and pulverizing it before foaming the material to create a pad that helps re-balance the natural ecology, and reduces our dependence on non-renewable oil

Inspired by surfers like Kevin Schulz, Timmy Reyes and others for whom mid-air grip is a must, the Firewire Front Foot traction pad is designed to hold tightly to your front foot in a variety of maneuvers, whether you’re an aerialist or weekend warrior
Cut from our most sensitive rectangle tread, the Firewire Front Foot pad is far thinner than most front foot traction pads because we wanted it to feel most familiar to surfers stepping off wax for the first time, while still offering increased grip and traction above what wax provides.
The best part? No potential for melting in heat or messing up your car

Designed for the surfer seeking trim and glide above all else, but just enough grip to accommodate drawn out shoulder turns better than wax can, the Weekend pad was created with mid lengths in mind
Designed in four pieces, the Weekend is longer than most traction pads, cut specifically to accommodate different turning positions beneath your back foot, whether climbing the wave face with back foot more forward on the tail, or cutting sharp angles in the pocket with back foot behind the fin cluster
Riding mid length surfboards creates opportunity for shuffling stance, and the Weekend accommodates this perfectly

Subtle and simple, the Lowrider was created to enable grip and control on the deck of any surfboard, for surfers who want to maintain sensitivity between their back foot and the deck of their surfboard
A more natural feeling when compared to larger tread patterns, the Lowrider is a favorite when seeking enhanced control without sacrificing flow and finesse
With a low incline tail kick trimmed at the heel and toe edge of either side of the pad, the Lowrider has just enough elevated surface area behind your back foot to enable turns as tight as you can drive them
Cut from thin rectangle grooves, this pad’s minimalistic approach is offset by an extra firm arch bar, creating one of our favorite Algae Traction pads yet
