DEVILED EGG
When designing the Deviled Egg, Steve’s goal was to create the ultimate one-board quiver—a versatile Swiss Army Knife-type shape that could handle a wide range of wave conditions from waist-high to overhead and would serve as the ultimate travel board. Reaching back into his archives, Steve started with a classic mid-length egg outline and added his trademark Magic Model concave bottom and hard rails. The result is a morphed board that combines Steve’s traditional roots and experimental design philosophy. A pulled-in nose, rounded pin tail, and long- drawn-out curve through the middle of the board’s outline are a few of the features that make the Deviled Egg a highly maneuverable yet smooth-riding hybrid. The Deviled Egg also has plenty of volume to get into waves early, plus just enough rocker and nose kick to handle steeper drops. We’ve combined the Deviled Egg with Surftech’s TRUERIDE construction for a predictable and consitent feel. The MAGIC Model stands the test of time due to its versatility and unique design features. With an emphasis on performance, with a single concave running from the nose through to the midpoint creates lift and stability, which is perfect for controlled nose riding. The Magic Model is now available in Fusion Parabolic Construction for added performance
Fusion Parabolic Construction is a good choice for surfers who want a light board with a lively responsive feel, but don't want to sacrifice durability or consistency in their board's flex pattern. Treat yourself to next-level flex and performance. Surftech's Fusion Parabolic Construction is exclusively used on Walden surfboards. A fused cell EPS core provides response and flotation, while an e-glass and epoxy resin layup increase durability with the highest strength-to-weight ratio available. For added toughness, we've added a full biax deck patch with 45° angles. The deck patch reduces denting of the deck and distributes power evenly through the board. The Magic Model in Fusion Parabolic Construction is the perfect ride anything, do everything performance board. Traditionalists will enjoy stability through noserides while modern surfers will love the spring and projection out of bottom turns. The concave nose adds lift and stability, perfect for noseriding. The double-concaved hull and hard rails make the board fast, stable, responsive, and maneuverable in all conditions. The Magic rails are hard, they tend to be harder than most other longboards, the unique bottom curves & bevels keep the rails from catching, unlike most other hard rail boards. The Mega Magic / Softop-CP is wide with condensed volume with the Surftech Softop Custom-Performance construction. Walden takes the volume from the length and redistributes it to the width and thickness while maintaining the famous Magic performance. The Mega Magic has the classic Magic elements; hard rails, concave bottom, and lots of rocker! The Surftech Softop-CP construction starts with a reinforced fiberglass/veneer construction and is finished with a soft textured (so you don't have to wax the board), EVA that covers the deck and wraps the rail. The soft deck and rail make the Softop-CP construction the perfect option for beginners to expert surfers that want performance and safety

MICRO MAGIC
The Micro Magic has all the best attributes of a longboard packed into a small, easy-to-maneuver, performance-oriented board under 7ft long. Riders will love how the extra volume under the chest increases paddling power and find the full rails improve stability while maximizing float through flat sections. A complete longboard outline combined with the 2+1 fin option means riders can even noseride the Micro Magic, tapping into traditional log vibes. The option to switch to a 4-fin setup maximizes the board’s drive allowing high speed and critical surfing in the wave’s pocket Consistent with other surfboards in Steve’s Magic line, the Micro Magic’s rails and bottom contours feature a blend of progressive bevels, concaves, and hard edges. It’s safe to say nobody does bottom contours like Steve. Proven heavily in competition by Steve and a host of other team riders, Steve’s “Magic” features allow the board to turn easier, dig rail-less, and plain at high speed with less work. The result of combining all these features is a board that makes surfing easier and allows surfers to catch more waves, ride waves longer and pull off maneuvers they wouldn’t be able to on other boards. Being such a versatile board, we hate to say the Micro Magic will only work in certain conditions because, in truth, anybody could ride this board in just about any wave and have a good time. MINI MAGIC FUSION-HD
The Mini Magic Dual-Core is a scaled-down version of Walden's famous Magic Model. This is a good choice for a smaller surfer, people who are transitioning from a shortboard to a longboard or vice versa - longboarders wanting to go shorter while still maintaining some volume and float. The Dual-Core gives the Mini Magic the best of both styles of construction with PolyUrethane on the rails and EPS in the Center. The PU foam is laminated to the EPS with a TPU material which provides more pop and response Like the bigger Magic Model, the hull has a unique design, the front 1/2 of the hull is concave, and this single concave transitions into a double concave in the rear 1/3 and ends towards the tail that has a moderate “V”. The rails are hard. The concave nose adds lift and stability, perfect for nose riding. The double-concaved hull and hard rails make the board fast, stable, responsive, and maneuverable in all conditions. This board performs as well as slow surf as it does on speedy beach breaks. The Mini Magic maneuvers well out of turns while maintaining a forgiving nature, and is an excellent nose rider too
